OWNERSHIP TRANSITION - WE’RE OPEN!

Nikki, Chef Al, Marvin, John, Ronnie, Jeff and Marcus pose for a photo for Nola.com’s Ian McNulty

John and Manny are retiring in 2023, but before they go, they’re transitioning ownership to another family to keep serving our customers the same dishes they’ve come to love. The new owners want a seamless transition, and they are committed to staying open and keeping the recipes the same, but investing in a better dining experience.

You can expect to see the same things on the menu, prepared the same way they’ve always been prepared. Don’t worry! All of the cooks and waiters are staying, too!

Please come by and introduce yourself to Ronnie (the new general manager). We hope to see you soon and stay tuned for the latest updates!
